Trump; Europe lead by "weak" people
President Donald Trump denounced Europe as a “decaying” group of nations led by “weak” people in an interview with POLITICO, belittling the traditional U.S. allies for failing to control migration and end the Russia-Ukraine war, and signaling that he would endorse European political candidates aligned with his own vision for the continent.

The president said he put little stock in the role of European leaders in seeking to end the war: “They talk, but they don’t produce, and the war just keeps going on and on.”
In a fresh challenge to Zelenskyy, who appears politically weakened in Ukraine due to a corruption scandal, Trump renewed his call for Ukraine to hold new elections.
“They haven’t had an election in a long time,” Trump said. “You know, they talk about a democracy, but it gets to a point where it’s not a democracy anymore.”

the EU is absolutely desperate. They are going to use the Russian assets of which up to 80% is private Russian citizens – not state assets. We must ask, how many EU leaders also have their hand in the free money pouring into Ukraine with no accountability.
The Europeans and Ukraine have made it unequivocally clear that they reject out of hand all of the major Russian demands. And from the Russian perspective, those demands are non-negotiable. So there's nothing to negotiate here. Trump is wasting his time. And all of this discussion in Europe is nothing more than theatre. This one's going to be settled on the battlefield.

European countries are in worse economic shape today than they were in 2022 when this war started. The German economy, the French economy, and the British economy are all in serious trouble. The French and British economies have serious debt problems. They can't raise the money themselves to make up for the lack of American economic support for Ukraine. This is why these countries are talking about stealing Russian assets, which is, you know, opening Pandora's box.
