These are significant investments in capital intensive projects. We would gladly work with any foreign partners, including Americans. Yes by the way regarding the new territories the same thing applies. We are ready to attract foreign partners, including those interested in our historical territories. That return to the Russian Federation. There are reserves there too and we're ready to work with our partners including Americans in these new regions.
